Laura Goldman competes at the Grade 1a level of para-dressage competitions. She has teamed up with Trudy Phillips’ skewball Irish Sport Horse Carlingford JD in 2010 to earn very strong results.
At the WindReach International Para-Dressage CPEDI3* they swept the Grade 1a division winning all three of the tests.
In the team test they scored a solid 71.765%. In the individual test they built on their previous performance, this time scoring 72.16%. Goldman and Carlingford JD’s improvement carried on into the freestyle, where they won again with a 75%.
At the USEF Selection Trial/National Championship for the US Para-Equestrian Team for the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games Goldman annd Carlingford JD won fourth place honors.
