On March 15-17, Clinton Anderson will make his way to the Kentucky Horse Park for Road to the Horse 2013 to help celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the World Championship of Colt Starting. Road to the Horse 2013 may have a new home in Kentucky, away from the previous year’s competition in Tennessee, but it is guaranteed to offer the same one-of-a-kind horsemanship experience which will keep you on the edge of your seat.
Throughout his career Clinton has heard a laundry list of horse problems presented to him and even though each horse and rider problem is unique, the solution to fixing each problem is always the same; start at the Fundamentals. Road to the Horse was created to showcase these fundamentals. Event producer Tootie Bland has wowed sell-out crowds year after year with a one-of-a-kind experience that combines education and entertainment for an all-out horsemanship experience. Clinton is a back-to-back Road to the Horse Champion, and in 2003, he set the world on fire when he took a victory stand on the back of his colt and waved to the crowd. That monumental move has become the signature for Road to the Horse. Year after year Clinton has amazed crowds creating unbelievable partnerships with untouched colts, but most of all Clinton has inspired those watching to be better horsemen.
Road to the Horse 2013 will see the 2012 Champions, James and McLean, return to defend their title against new comers Sarah Winters and Obbie Schlom. Where the prestigious colt starting title will go next is anyone’s guess, but we know it’s going to be one exciting showdown! Join in the celebrations with Clinton and see the excitement of Road to the Horse 2013. Tickets are selling fast, purchase your tickets now at www.roadtothehorse.com.
